炬光科技晶圓級透鏡堆疊(WLS)技術獲微納制造技術產業化優秀案例“領航企業獎”、“工藝先鋒獎”

近日,炬光科技晶圓級透鏡堆疊(WLS)技術在由蘇州納米城與深圳市微納制造產業促進會舉辦的“2024-2025年度微納制造技術產業化優秀案例評選”中榮獲“領航企業獎”、”工藝先鋒獎”兩項獎項。

炬光科技晶圓級透鏡堆疊(WLS)技術運用半導體工藝,可在整片玻璃晶圓上批量復制生產透鏡,再將多個透鏡晶圓壓合,最終切割成單個微型光學成像鏡頭。其優勢在于:1. 可高效實現微納光學元器件與模組的小型化、高精度,易于擴展的大批量生產制造;2. 能夠實現光學晶圓的微米級精確堆疊,可集成光圈、鍍膜、光譜濾波器等附加功能;3. 可提供適合CSP傳感器的可回流解決方案,確保光學產品的穩定與高效。

在4月28日舉行的2025(第二屆)微納制造技術應用生態大會暨頒獎典禮上,炬光科技首席產品官、首席工藝官Qichuan Yu受邀在會上發表了題為《晶圓級微光學技術賦能新興應用領域的未來》的專題演講。
