會議報告 | 微納光學元器件在新一代光通信中的前沿應用

7月12日(周五),炬光科技激光光學事業部產品線經理陳斯出席2024中國(蘇州)光子產業發展大會暨第十五屆全國激光加工產業論壇,并在現場作出題為《微納光學元器件在新一代光通信中的前沿應用》的主題演講。

在新一代光通信領域,炬光科技運用光刻-反應離子蝕刻法制備硅或熔融石英基材的微納光學元器件,用于通信光模塊、硅光模塊,如光發射模塊(TOSA)、光接收模塊(ROSA)、光子集成電路(PIC)、共封裝光學器件(CPO)等產品中激光光源的高效準直、聚焦或光纖耦合,以實現光源的小型化、高效率。
