Focuslight's customized beam shaping systems are designed for both single and multi-laser preheating configurations, featuring off-axis beam shaping, compact design, and high integration flexibility. Our system projects a large 250×250mm spot with >90% uniformity at a 20° incident angle, rapidly heating the powder bed up to 600°C, significantly improving the efficiency for high-precision metal 3D printing process.
